By installing or using the Amipi Diamonds app on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.
The Amipi Diamonds app connects your Shopify store to the Amipi wholesale diamond catalog. It lets you browse live diamond inventory, list diamonds on your storefront via the /apps/diamonds path, and add diamonds to customer carts and checkouts using your retailer-specific pricing.
To use the app you must be an approved Amipi retailer and have a valid Amipi Retailer ID. The pricing, markup, and availability of diamonds shown by the app are controlled by the Amipi retailer configuration linked to that ID.
Prices displayed by the app reflect the Amipi retailer feed at the time of viewing and include the retailer markup configured by Amipi. When a customer adds a diamond to cart, the app creates (or reuses) a Shopify product and variant at that price. Orders are processed natively by Shopify checkout under your store's payment, tax, shipping, and refund policies.
Fulfillment of the physical diamond is governed by your existing arrangement with Amipi; the app itself does not ship product.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Uptime depends on the underlying hosting (Render), the Shopify Admin/App Proxy infrastructure, and the Amipi API. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amipi Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost profits, missed orders, or pricing mismatches caused by upstream data delays.
You may uninstall the app from your Shopify admin at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if a retailer's Amipi account is deactivated, or if the app is used in violation of these terms. On termination, your session and retailer connection records are deleted (see our Privacy Policy).
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced via the admin UI or by email to the registered Amipi retailer. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
